One thing you will get plenty of is food. We will NEVER starve you, eliminate your carbohydrates, or have you on any of these other extreme methods, you will learn how to eat in a balanced and healthy manor that you can sustain.

- Masses of information on general wellness and overall health including working on gut and digestive health to improve symptoms such as bloating & lack of energy
- Daily checklists to keep you on track each and every day on your plan.

- Email communication with coaches to help with anything you might need.
- One round of 8 week weekly check ins and coaching with us to track your progress - if you wish to join another round you will be able to purchase this separately for a small cost below.
- Personalisation and coaching on your plan when and where necessary (you may or may not need this dependant on your own body)

What an amazing program and lovely lady. After having my baby I just could not lose weight. Amber has helped me do just that and taught me how to portion, eat yummy healthy food, love exercise again, the list is endless. I definitely recommend and cant wait to start the next program.

I have just completed 8 weeks with Amber loosing 16lbs. I have tried every diet going and yo-yo dieted for years and years. I have just finished 8 weeks with Amber and lost 22 pound which I have struggled to shift since having my baby. Amber is so supportive and helpful through the whole process whether it's giving you guidance on food or that motivation to keep going when you are having an off day. I've gone from thinking I had to eat the bare minimum and counting the calories to eating more than what I was doing before and still loosing the weight. I've learnt the right foods to eat and the portion control. I've have never been a gym bunny but really enjoyed the workouts and what's not to love when you know that all of the exercise classes are less then 40 minutes long which was very handy when I have a toddler running around. I really enjoyed being part of the group as you are all on the same journey together so you get that extra support and encouragement from people who are continuing from previous programmes or new people just joining. I can't recommend Amber enough xx

I can't recommend Bodies By Amber enough!! I am currently on week 7 and decided to join after having my little girl 7 months ago!! I hated the way I looked and felt when I started this programme! But with only 2 weeks left the change I have seen in both my body and mindset is amazing. I now weigh less then I did before I got pregnant which is a huge achievement and I look and feel amazing!! I've learnt so much from doing this and the best thing is I'm not hungry!! I actually really look forward to doing the workouts from home and can fit it in around my work and family life. It's honestly so good and I know this has become a life change for me. I've signed up again for the next 8 weeks so I can concentrate on toning more, now that I've shed the baby weight!!

During lockdown I decided it was time to make a change so I joined the 30 day lockdown challenge I continued alone for a couple of months and then decided to rejoin on an 8 week plan for an extra push in the right direction. Couldn't have got to where I am now without the support of Amber and the group also all the hard work she puts in to her courses for everyone that is taking part. I would definitely recommend joining, being online based worked so well for me being able to fit everything in around a busy life with 2 small children.
